Description: Alambique Serrano Blend #10 (El Estado Dorado) is an adventurous Oaxacan rum that melds multiple aged rum lots into a dynamic expression of complexity and terroir. This blend includes rums aged in new French oak, ex-bourbon casks, and finished in ex-red wine barrels, each component bringing its own depth of character. Expect rich aromas of dark fruit, toasted oak, and warming spice, followed by layers of baked plum, caramel, dried cherry, and subtle citrus zest. The palate is silky yet bold, weaving in notes of cocoa, fig, warm oak, and a whisper of wine-soaked fruit, culminating in a long, lingering finish with soft tannins, oak warmth, and fruit-forward echoes. Blend #10 is both expressive and refined—a standout sipping rum for enthusiasts seeking nuanced aged cane spirit.
