Do not use for any purpose other than its intended use. Stop using if it does not suit your skin. A dirty puff will not only make the foundation less likely to spread and adhere, but may also cause damage, so always use a clean one. If the puff becomes dirty, use a special cleaner or wash it by pressing it in lukewarm water with a diluted neutral detergent, then rinse thoroughly to remove any remaining detergent, and dry it well in the shade. Do not leave it in direct sunlight for long periods of time, as this may cause deterioration. There may be an odor from the materials, but this is not abnormal. If the surface begins to deteriorate, replace it with a new one.
