Muzzys caps and sleeves are made of high quality corrosion resistant and treated materials. If you live in the “Salt Belt”, as an extra precaution, we highly recommend using some type of lubricant, oil, grease, petroleum jelly, or anti-seize on the valve stem or cap threads prior to installing your caps to ensure easy removal in case the caps are left on for long periods of time. Install your new chrome caps hand tight.
